At the invitation of Fakoor Sanat Tehran Engineering Company, a book reading gathering was held on February 27, 2024, at the company’s headquarters, attended by dozens of its experts and staff. The event focused on discussing change in life, centered around the book “Facing Change” by Damian Hughes, translated by Vahid Namazi.
As part of the Cheshmeh Cultural Family’s broader initiative to promote reading and dialogue with literary figures, the event featured Vahid Namazi, renowned author Rambod Khanlari, and Gelareh Jabbari, the event manager of Cheshmeh Publishing as host.
The session, attended by senior managers from the company’s human resources, training, and engineering departments, began with the HR manager outlining their programs to introduce employees to books on management, human resources, and better lifestyles. The manager thanked Cheshmeh Publishing and its subsidiary, Divar Publishing, for releasing “Facing Change”, noting that the company had gifted copies of this valuable book to employees, encouraging them to read it and participate in the discussion with the panel.

He invited attendees to join the conversation, reflecting on the book’s chapters and sharing their own experiences with change.
The interactive and captivating event continued with contributions from the audience, responded to by Namazi and Khanlari. Vahid Namazi highlighted key moments from Sir Alex Ferguson’s life, read compelling passages from the book, and encouraged attendees to share their thoughts on Ferguson’s approaches to change and compare them with their own personal strategies.
